The multi-media project Semaphores performs communication through coded language, particularly using the semaphore flag system, exploring how changes in environment affect perception. Semaphores approaches questions of perception, translation, secrecy and communication. The project consists of 16mm film, digital & 35mm photography, screenprints, copper etchings, and sculpture.
